Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Evaluate one's own educational and scientific and professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy of self-development and professional self-improvement. PLO 3. Apply modern methods and technologies, in particular information technology, for successful and effective implementation of professional activities and ensuring the quality of research in the field of Indonesian philology. PLO 4. Evaluate and critically analyze socially, personally and professionally significant problems and propose ways to solve them in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting. PLO 5. To find optimal ways of effective interaction in the professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels. PLO 19. Develop educational and methodological materials, conduct lectures and practical classes in higher education based on knowledge of the methodology of teaching Eastern languages.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Interdisciplinary connections: Foreign language (Indonesian/Korean/Japanese); higher school pedagogy and teacher's pedagogical skills; method of teaching oriental languages in higher education. Students must possess IM at a level not lower than B2, as well as know the theory of teaching methods, be able to practically apply modern pedagogic methods, possess elementary skills: application of theoretical knowledge of teaching methods.
Course content
Production (assistant) (oriental languages) is by far an integral component of the educational process of students of the Institute of Philology and is mandatory among other disciplines in the structural and logical scheme of the educational and professional training program of specialists of the Institute of Philology. The proposed program contains recommendations and methodical materials for the organization and implementation of assistant practice for students of the 1st year of the master's degree at the Department of Languages and Literatures of the Far East and Southeast Asia of Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Pedagogical tasks are aimed at forming students' practical abilities and skills of organizing the educational process, as well as at consolidating the ability to analyze the obtained results with the subsequent possibility of their correction.

Assessment methods and criteria
After completing the internship, the master's student submits a diary, a written report of the internship, as well as a description from the teacher of the internship base, in whose discipline the student conducted classes, to the supervisor of the industrial (assistant) internship for review within the time specified by the order. The internship diary contains a calendar schedule of the types of pedagogical activities (dates and times of attending a mentoring conference, an introductory visit to the institution of higher education where the internship will take place, a visit to the library to collect the necessary material, attending classes of the teacher and fellow students, as well as dates and times of classes and educational activities by the student , dates of execution of reporting documentation, etc.). The calendar schedule and work entries in the internship diary must be filled in by the intern personally.
