Learning outcomes
PLO 7. Analyze, compare and classify different directions and schools in linguistics. PLO 8. Evaluate historical heritage and the latest achievements of literary studies. PLO 9. Characterize theoretical foundations (concepts). PLO 10. Collect and systematize linguistic and literary facts, interpret and translate texts of various styles and genres in the field of Indonesian philology. PLO 11. Carry out a scientific analysis of language, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalizations based on independently processed data. PLO 17. Plan, organize, implement and present research and/or innovative developments in the field of Indonesian philology.

Course content
Theoretical material is presented regarding the features of the use of artistic style in Indonesian literature, the characteristics and realities of Indonesian literature. The following main issues are considered: 1) adequate understanding of specific realities in Indonesian literature; 2) peculiarities of using literary tables. The study discipline "Modern Indonesian Literature" is one of the components of comprehensive training in the specialty "Philology (Oriental Languages ​​and Literatures (including translation))" under the program "Oriental Language (Indonesian) and Literature, Western European Language and Translation"

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The main types of classes: lectures, seminars, practical classes, independent work, consultations with teachers. The system of teaching methods is based on the principles of purposefulness, active direct participation of the teacher and the student. The main approaches to teaching and learning are humanism, student-centeredness, systematicity, and technology. If necessary, online training is introduced.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral and written exams, tests, modular tests, presentations, reports, etc. The final semester control of knowledge is conducted in the form of a semester credit, a differentiated credit or an exam.
