Prerequisites and co-requisites
A higher education student must know: the fundamentals of general psychology, personality psychology, developmental psychology, psychotherapy, social work, and educational psychology. A higher education student must be able to: apply knowledge in practice, engage in self-analysis, and pursue self-improvement. A higher education student must possess: communication skills at the individual and group levels.
Course content
The aim of the course is for students to acquire knowledge about the nature, types, and criteria of training activities, as well as the principles, methods, and techniques of social and educational training, and to be able to design and conduct training sessions.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, tasks for independent student work, preparation of presentations, analytical materials, reports on solving practical problems.
Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum number of points on the exam - 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the exam). Students who scored a total of less than the critical-minimum minimum - 20 points before the exam are not allowed. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is -36 points.
