Prerequisites and co-requisites
Final Examination is aimed at testing professional knowledge in the subject area and is designed to identify the level of knowledge of specialists receiving a master's degree in the history and theory of literary criticism, literary theory, and methods of teaching foreign literature.
Final Examination in the theory and methodology of teaching foreign literature involves testing graduates' knowledge of the most important theoretical issues of literary studies, theoretical and practical issues of the methodology of teaching foreign literature.
Course content
The content of the Program consists of the topics and theoretical questions of the programs of academic disciplines included in the ЕSP "Foreign Literature and English Language: Theory and Teaching Methods". The final exam is of a comprehensive nature, therefore the Program of this exam consists of questions from courses in three disciplines.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Students take the Final Examination in written form. The duration of the written part is 90 minutes. If necessary (when the EC members cannot reach a common opinion on the assessment), the commission may hear the student orally and ask him several questions within the examination ticket.
Assessment methods and criteria
The exam consists of 4 questions of a theoretical and practical nature. Each question is rated 0-25 points. The maximum number of points on the exam is 100. The minimum number of points for a positive assessment is 60.
