Learning outcomes
PRN5. Apply analytical and methodological tools to justify proposals and make management decisions by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises, and government agencies) PRN13. Identify sources and understand the methodology for determining and methods of obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, PRN22. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in new situations, when working with new objects and in uncertain conditions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of economic theory, management, human resource management, investing, and psychology. 2. Possess skills in analyzing scientific sources and statistical information, synthesizing, processing, and presenting the results of data analysis and situations, and using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
The article reveals approaches to defining categories used in crisis management, features of crisis management, diagnosis of the emergence and development of a crisis situation in an enterprise, the essence and components of an enterprise's crisis management program, and the importance of strategy in crisis management. The peculiarities of personnel management in crisis conditions of an enterprise's functioning are analyzed. The problems of bankruptcy, as well as the peculiarities of liquidation and reorganization as one of the methods of crisis management, are revealed; the risks that may arise in various situations of enterprise management are studied.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral examination, solving practical problems and tasks (RN 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.1; 4) – 24 points/14 points; 2. Modular control work (2 MCW, 12 points each) (RN 1; 2.1-2.3; 4) – 24 points/14 points; 3. Independent work – individual calculation task and presentation (RN 1; 2.1-2.3; 3.2; 4) – 32 points/20 points. Final assessment is carried out in the form of a written test, which is graded out of a maximum of 20 points and is conducted during one of the last seminars on the subject.
