Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: theoretical foundations of teaching philological disciplines, as they constitute the major of a master's degree: goals, content, approaches, methods and methodological techniques, means, forms of organizing the learning process; forms, methods and means of diagnosing student success. 2. Be able to: effectively build the process of teaching philological disciplines, as they constitute the major of a master's degree in higher education institutions in accordance with the tasks and conditions of study; use modern methods, technologies of teaching philological disciplines, technologies of diagnosing students' knowledge, skills and abilities; analyze the NMC of the relevant disciplines for the purpose of their rational use; select language / literary material, techniques, means of teaching disciplines in the major; draw up lesson plans, organize, conduct and analyze lessons.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline (assistant practice) is to develop the master's students' ability and willingness to plan, organize, implement and manage the learning process of philological disciplines in institutions of higher education; formation of master's students' readiness to work as an AM teacher in a higher education institution.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Participation in an instructional conference on assistant practice. Acquaintance with the practice base. Study of educational documentation. Acquaintance with the groups in which practice will be held. Compilation of psychological characteristics of groups. Attending teacher's classes. Preparation, conducting and analysis of classes. Participation in the organization of students' extracurricular work. Preparation of reporting documentation. Participation in the final conference on pedagogical practice.
Assessment methods and criteria
Work as a foreign language teacher.
Each lesson is evaluated by 6 points.
Then a coefficient is derived from the calculation that the maximum number of points should be 84.
Development of plans-summaries of credit lessons (2 lessons, maximum 6 points for each).
Defense of reporting documentation. Participation in the discussion of the results of pedagogical practice (maximum 4 points).
