Program Learning Outcomes PLO2. To demonstrate the ability to use digital educational resources, information and communication technologies for searching, processing, and sharing information in professional activities, present individual and joint results, implement distance and blended learning, etc. PLO7. To define, analyze, and characterize pedagogical innovations, demonstrate the ability to apply them in professional activities. PLO 21 To apply contemporary methods and technologies, in particular information technologies, to effectively and successfully perform professional activities and provide the quality research in the area of teaching and learning the Ukrainian language and literature. Full-time form

Successful performance in this course builds on knowledge students are expected to possess: essential knowledge of normative legal documents that regulate educational process in a secondary school; modern approaches to teaching languages and literatures based on modern international and national experience; possess fluent skills of state language. The course prerequisites also emphasize skills and the ability to: plan, organize (team work) in a secondary school, manage learners’ cognitive activity, master acquired qualification.

This course aims to foster learners’ personal and professional development, forming digital competence and acquiring methodological knowledge and skills of creating and providing IT support to the educational process of a higher secondary school. The discipline ensures the personal and professional development of the master's student and is aimed at the developing students' professional digital competence and relevant methodological knowledge and skills in developing and using information technologies in the educational process of a high profiled school. The content of the discipline consists of methodological concepts and categories, goals, content, approaches, principles, methods and techniques of using information technology, organizational forms of teaching languages ​​and literatures in high school, methods of developing and using information educational support for the process of learning languages ​​and literatures for students of a high profiled school.

The discipline combines lectures, practical sessions, and independent learning. Teaching methods: academic discussion, multimedia based learning, project work, academic conversation.

The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for the following types of work: oral answers, additions and participation in discussions at lectures and seminars, closed-answer tests, independent creative work (essay, review, presentation) and final test. During the semester, a student can score a maximum of 60 points and a minimum of 36 points. The discipline ends with an exam. The semester final grade is formed by the points received by the student during the semester and the points received on the exam, the maximum distribution is carried out according to the following algorithm: 60 points (60%) - semester control and 40 points (40%) - exam).
