PRN 2. Effectively work with information: select necessary information from various sources, in particular from professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, arrange, classify and systematize it. Use information and communication technologies for solving complex specialized problems and problems of professional activity. PRN 7. 1. know: - possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to University Studies" and others. - basic categories and concepts related to the life of a person and society. 2. be able to: - identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make substantiated conclusions on issues of professional activity. 3. possess elementary skills: - drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to help students master the basic institutions of labor law, form a holistic understanding of the theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the necessary competencies and initial practical skills needed to organize and conduct entrepreneurial activity in accordance with the requirements of the state's regulatory policy.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is determined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester in two blocks. The credit is issued based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures. The student receives credit based on the results of academic work in the semester if he received at least 30 points for each block of the academic discipline "Selected sections of labor law and fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity". For students who scored fewer points than the critical minimum for each block, in order to receive credit, it is necessary to work through the missed topics.
