PTR 1. To freely communicate in Ukrainian and Russian languages in the professional sphere with specialists and non-specialists orally and in writing, to use
those languages for effective intercultural communication organisation.
PTR 11. To create oral and written texts of various genres and styles in Ukrainian.

Successful completion of the practical English course taught during the first year of study (2nd semester).
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to ensure the formation and development of students' practical skills and theoretical knowledge of the English language, to lay the foundations of communicative competences that involve operating in coherent dialogical and monological speech within the framework of relevant situations of educational and everyday communication, to master reading skills, as well as to form the skills of expressing oneself in writing on general and everyday topics. To promote the development of listening skills and understanding of oral speech.
