Learning outcomes
Achievement of such competencies by students, in particular, as: the ability to conduct research on problematic issues of reproductive law at the appropriate level; the ability to justify and motivate legal decisions, to give detailed legal reasoning when solving cases on reproductive law; the ability to independently prepare draft acts of law enforcement in the field of reproductive law.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the literary sources on the problems of legal support of relations in the field of reproductive law, acts of legislation governing the relations of the participants of the relevant legal relations and the practice of resolving relevant disputes; Be able to assess and give a legal description of individual legal relations arising in the field of reproductive law; Have basic skills in drafting transactions taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and resolving disputes arising in the field of reproductive law using legal methods.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal analysis of relations in the field of reproductive law and the study of theoretical and practical issues concerning the functioning of the reproductive law system. The course provides students with in-depth study of international acts, current legislation of Ukraine in the field of reproductive law, case law, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study. The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points. During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework. Final assessment: credit (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) maximum score 60.
