Training of a highly qualified, competitive, integrated into the European and global scientific and educational space specialist with a bachelor's degree in social and behavioral sciences, specializing in political science, who, in the process of studying the discipline “Game Theory in Politics,” has mastered the ability to consider politics within the game paradigm.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student should know: the game model of formulating and solving cognitive problems of the political sphere of public life; basic approaches to understanding the role of the game in the political process; quasi-game dangers and recommendations for overcoming the quasi-game state of the domestic political process. The student should be able to: creatively use the knowledge of the game paradigm of politics in educational and research activities. The student should have: basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional informative sources.
Course content
Variability of the relationship between the categories of “politics” and “game” and their conceptual content. The discursive nature of the concepts of “politics” and “game”. Approaches to understanding the role of play in the political process. The relationship between politics and conventional political play. Authentic political game in the political life of Ukraine and the world. Quasi-political game in the realities of the current political process.

Assessment methods and criteria
The control of knowledge is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1-1.3), which is 40% of the total grade and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.2), which is 60% of the total grade.
