Learning outcomes
The discipline allows students to acquire modern knowledge and skills of analyzing electoral phenomena, organizing and planning an election campaign, which are necessary for the work of a political scientist as a political technologist during elections, as well as in the system of scientific institutions, analytical structures as a political analyst and public authorities, political and public organizations, as a political manager; introduces students to the organization of counseling with the use of information technology, the essence, classification and requirements for electronic educational resources, the essence of distance learning and the peculiarities of working with distance learning platforms in an educational institution.

1.Prior to studying this course, students should know the basic concepts and categories of political communication, theory of political systems, general political theory, political technologies, PR, international relations, etc. 2.Be able to collect and interpret information about political processes; apply basic terms, categories of analysis of socio-political phenomena and processes; identify current trends in the transformation of the information sphere, predict the prospects for their development, taking into account the peculiarities of the use of communication technologies. 3.Possess basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political and economic events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional information sources.
