Learning outcomes
Understand the subject area, ethical and legal principles of professional activity. Be able to use the basic categorical, conceptual and analytical research apparatus of modern political science. Be able to describe, explain and evaluate political processes and phenomena in various historical, social, cultural and ideological contexts. Apply the tools of normative and empirical political theory, political methodology, comparative and applied political science, international and global studies in professional activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before studying the discipline “Ecopolitics and Crisis Management”, students must have generalized knowledge of the processes and phenomena of social life, philosophical, cultural, political, legal and socio-economic foundations of society, the specifics of political management and the theory of political conflict. Be able to collect and interpret information on political phenomena, socio-political processes and events; apply basic concepts, categories of paradigms and theories to analyze political processes and phenomena; identify current challenges, threats and prospects for the development of conflict situations and crises. Possess basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political, socio-economic, cultural processes and phenomena.

Basis, means, morphological unit of measurement and criteria for the effectiveness of environmental policy. 4. Subjects of environmental policy . 5. Environmental competence of the authorities. 6. Principles of environmental policy formation . 7. Models of sustainable environmental development. 8. Political and legal support of environmental activities. 9. Reconciliation of economic and environmental development paradigms. 10. Greening of science and technology. 11. The concept and essence of political crises. 12. Features of crisis management in politics. 13. Mechanisms and tools to counteract crisis processes in politics. 14. Crisis management in the system of public administration. 15. Conceptual approaches to the formation of a crisis management system in public authorities. 16. Crisis management in municipal management . 17. Public Policy as a Democratic Mechanism for Counteracting Crisis Situations. 18. Strategic communications in a crisis.

Assessment methods and criteria
The control of knowledge is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1-1.2), which is 40% of the total grade and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.2), which is 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Oral report: PH 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2 - 31-45 points; 2. Additions / participation in the discussion: ELO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2 - 5-10 points; 3. Independent work: (summary of primary sources): PH 1.1, 4.1, 4.2 - 2-5 points; 4. Independent work: (essay): PH 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 4.1, 4.2 - 10-20 points; 5. Final assessment in the form of a test.
