Learning outcomes
Know the general information about the land cadastre, its components, and its role in regulating land relations and implementing land reform in Ukraine. Understand the land fund of Ukraine, its distribution, types, and procedures for maintaining cadastral documentation, the process of acquiring land rights, and issuing ownership documents. Be familiar with the specifics of land functioning as a resource and means of production, types of land servitudes, restrictions, and encumbrances on land use. Know the sources of information and legislation related to the land cadastre and rational land use. Be able to analyze and systematize cadastral data, apply statistical methods for processing and analyzing data, identify valuable soils and land categories within a plan, develop land explications based on land use, and determine the areas of agro-production soil groups. Be capable of organizing team work and taking personal responsibility for part of the joint task.

Course content
The educational discipline "State Land Cadastre" provides acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills from the basics cadastre While mastering the academic discipline, the student gains knowledge on the role, significance and powers of state authorities and bodies local self-government in the field of regulation of land relations, procedure maintenance of land cadastral documentation, features of document preparation from the allocation of land plots, their transfer to ownership, lease or permanent ownership use. Task: master the methodology and methods of cadastre management, methods evaluation and use of materials of modern searches and surveys, perform a complex of works on the study, accounting and assessment of land resources in system of intra-household and state land cadastre.

Assessment methods and criteria
Summative assessment Summative assessment is carried out in a form exam in written and oral form. The student is not admitted to the final exam evaluation if during the semester he scored less than 36 points. During the exam the student answers three theoretical questions. The maximum score on the exam is 40 points, cut-off score is 24 points. There is a final assessment in the form of an exam mandatory 3. The results of students' educational activities are evaluated out of 100 point scale. The final grade is assigned based on the results of the work student throughout the semester as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, and the number of points obtained on the exam.
