The student will gain knowledge about the patterns of occurrence and development of man-made dangerous situations in natural and anthropogenic ecosystems, as well as ways to minimize the harmful effects of anthropogenic disasters on ecosystems

Course content
Get acquainted with the main factors of the formation of engineering and geological conditions of urbanized territories and with the peculiarities of the development of dangerous geological processes in these territories. Considers methods of prevention and liquidation of the consequences of technogenic influence and anthropogenic disasters

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, independent work of students
Assessment methods and criteria
The control involves the performance of tasks in the practical classes and 2 written tests. The final assessment is carried out in the form of a written oral exam. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. A student is not allowed to the final assessment, if during the semester collected less than 20 points. During a semester, a student can score from 36 to 60 points. During the exam a student can get from 24 to 40 points
