PLO 8, 9, 10, 14, 25 according to the profile of the EP ‘Ukrainian language and translation (for foreigners)’.

Distance form

Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a level sufficient to listen to lectures and develop personal materials for teaching oral speech, knowledge of the basic methods of teaching Ukrainian language for foreigners.

The purpose of the discipline is to master the methodological techniques and means of teaching oral speech in the course of Ukrainian language for foreigners and, the ability to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in preparing educational materials for foreign students. The subject of the discipline is oral speech (speaking) as a productive type of speech activity and methodological techniques for its development in the aspect of Ukrainian language for foreigners. The discipline directs students to the professional and methodological base for future teachers of Ukrainian language for foreigners’ formation, prepares them for interconnected teaching of speech activity types with leading oral speech and for independent creation of educational materials on oral speech (speaking).
