1. To know, understand and be able to use on basic concepts of practice theories of physical geography, of landscape ecology, a as well as philosophical sciences (P01). 2. To explain features of the organization geographical space depending on his physical geographical features, fig landscape structure (P03). 3. Understand the main ones environmental laws, rules and principles environmental protection and nature management and apply their knowledge for the implementation of projects cross-border ecological cooperation (P012). 4. Understand the main ones concepts, theoretical and practical problems in fields of natural sciences, that are necessary for analysis and adoption cross-border and local solutions in the field ecology, protection environment and optimal nature management (P013).

1. Be able to establish the nature of relationships between the causes of occurrence, consequences and ways of solving geoecological problems. 2. To be able to analyze the negative consequences of unregulated human activity with positions of the ecological approach to solving the problems of nature use. 3. To know the basic theoretical principles of geoecology, the history of its formation science, its structure and regularities of functioning of the natural environment. 4. Know modern quantitative and qualitative methods of geoecological research, methodology research of geoecosystems, the basics of ecological forecasting and modeling, organizations of geoecological monitoring, etc.

This academic discipline is dedicated to studying the peculiarities of the functioning of geotechnical systems, their dynamics and evolution, the influence of various environmental factors and economic activity on them man, the essence of the concepts "geoecosystem" and "geotechnological system", as well as formation skills and abilities to solve the main geoecological problems in the plane subject area of ​​nature management, principles and modern methods that are used to solve them. Discipline "Geoecological foundations nature management" is aimed at deepening the theoretical geo-ecological knowledge, formation of special professional, social and personal competencies, accumulation of knowledge about the possibility of critical thinking, analysis and synthesis, the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources, the ability to determine, formulate and solve problems in the field of nature management. Separate components of the discipline are the study of ways and methods of promotion sustainability and ensuring the sustainable development of geoecosystems; ways of management 4 environmental protection processes in geoecosystems; principles of rationality use and protection of components of geoecosystems from adverse effects anthropogenic and technogenic factors; methods of research of consequences adverse changes in geoecosystems. The functional block of the discipline involves mastering the following components, as the ability to apply basic knowledge of natural sciences and information technologies in various areas of nature management, ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods of researching geoecosystems, the ability to independently research, analyze spatio-temporal changes of geoecosystems for purposes balanced nature management.
