1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages of development ethical thought; methods of philosophical research, methods of psychology and basic ethical philosophical concepts and categories. 2. To be able to collect and interpret information regarding dilemmas of professional and corporate ethics in professional activity; apply the basic methodology imperative-value aspects of professional practice 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and integrated scientific research information and information management; critical attitude and forecasting in relation to specific political, economic, cultural and professional events; use of foreign language professional informative sources.

discipline "Professional and corporate ethics" belongs to the list of OK disciplines and is taught in the II semester of the master's degree. Educational the discipline consistently examines the peculiarities of the development and formation of professional and corporate ethics and urgency in modern professional practices. Defined features of the theoretical background, methodology, basic concepts of professional and corporate ethics. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of development practical skills/decision-making skills of ethical behavior of specialists in dilemmas situations of professional activity.
