PLO 1. Critically consider, select and use the necessary scientific, methodical and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions.
PLO 2. Identify problems in the organization and justify the methods of solving them.
PLO 7. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
- to know the key principles of sociology, psychology, management of organizations and personnel management;
- to have the skills of designing scientific researches and using empirical methods of examination of socio-management phenomena and processes.
Course content
The discipline program consists of three substantive parts: 1 "Introduction to the theory of social management of human resources"; 2 "Human resources as an object of social management"; 3 "Organizational and technological principles of social management of human resources."

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, practical tasks, Case study, consultations, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
- semester assessment: 1) active work in seminar classes, incl. listening: 25 points/ 18 points; 2) performance of 3 control papers: 45 points/24 points (3 papers of 15 maximum or 8 minimum points each); 3) defense of a research project - 30 points/18 points ((maximum 20 (minimum - 12) for the result, as well as maximum 10 (minimum -6) - for the presentation of achievements);
- final assessment in the form of credit.
