PLO1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems at the abstract level by decomposing them into components. PLO8. Select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools to manage economic activity. PLO10. Justify decisions in conditions of uncertainty that require the application of new approaches and economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting PLO12. Formulate new hypotheses and scientific problems in the field of economics, choose appropriate directions and appropriate methods for their solution, taking into account available resources.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Higher Mathematics for Economists", "Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics" and "Programming". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the course "Economics: Microeconomics and Macroeconomics".
Course content
The curriculum consists of two content modules: Content module 1. "Basic concepts and modeling in systems analysis", which considers the subject area of ​​systems analysis, systems analysis as a universal scientific methodology, properties and principles of systems methodology, classification of tasks and procedures of systems analysis, features of systems analysis methodology. Content module 2. "Methodological and systemic aspects of modeling in systems analysis", which discusses the method of hierarchy analysis, systems analysis of multifactor risks, information analysis of system problems, system aspects of optimization modeling.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline - the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to use a systems approach, its principles and methods in research and design of complex organizational systems, skills to use decision support tools, computing tools to solve practical system problems.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36) 1. Survey and problem solving - 20 points / 12 points; 2. Modular test work (2 MCR, 20 points max. Each - 40 points / 24 points; - final assessment in the form of an exam
