PLO 4. Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas. PLO 19. Apply modern tools for portfolio investment analysis, substantiate management decisions on the formation of the investment portfolio, evaluate the effectiveness of investment portfolio management of the institutional investor, carry out investment monitoring.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basic theoretical principles of the disciplines: management, microeconomics, financial market, project management. Have: modern methods of collecting, processing and analyzing financial and economic information; basic skills of using PPP Excel for economic and statistical calculations; basic skills of public speaking.
Course content
The relevance of studying the discipline "Project Finance" is determined by the need to train highly qualified management professionals capable of conducting innovation and investment research to restore investment processes and stimulate innovative economic development. The theoretical content of the discipline "Project Financing" is aimed at providing students with knowledge about the content and features of project financing compared to other forms of long-term financing of investment decisions; main stages of in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects; approaches to the choice of sources financing of projects and organization of work with investors; project risk management. The discipline "Project Finance" is determined by the practical orientation and is designed for active use of PC in the process of mastering it.

Problem-oriented learning: lectures, practical classes, implementation and presentation of computational and analytical tasks, discussion of situations, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) 1. Solving problems (LO 2.1, 2.2, 3): 10 points / 5 points. 2. Discussion of situational exercises and results of independent calculation tasks) - (LO 1.1. 1.2, 3, 4): 10 points / 5 points. 3. Independent work: 3.1. Execution of calculation tasks using PC (LO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.4): 40 points / 30 points; 3.2. Online testing (LO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2): 20 points / 8 points. 4. Final test (LO 1; 2, 4) - 20 points / 12 points.
