Know the be able to manage the development of software testing quality systems. To be able to implement models and methods of the quality management system. To be able to manage changes in the organization related to the implementation of quality management systems. Be able to evaluate the quality of software testing. Know the need for a professional approach to the formation of quality management systems in projects. Quality systems based on the formation of quality in projects. Be able to use the TQM system. Principles of creation and support. Be able to manage, be a leader in the formation of quality systems in projects. Be able to use quality management standards to form the structure of the quality management system. Know the methods of quality audit of software development and testing projects. Know the practical requirements for testing: project, process, system and product. Be able to conduct a project product quality audit (software testing).

External form

Knowledge of the definition, structure, components of methodologies, models, methods and means of project management. Have basic skills to evaluate methods and systems of computer support for making managerial decisions, methods of managing time, cost of projects, human resources and procurement.

According to the requirements of the educational and professional program, as a result of studying the academic discipline, the student will know: models and methods of quality management in projects; software testing requirements; international standards for quality management of software development and testing; basics and skills of quality management in projects; project management standard; develop quality management processes.

Lectures, practical activities, individual work

The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of the defense of practical work and individual tasks of independent work. Semester assessment of students is carried out during the semester for all types of work. The total score is formed as a weighted sum of points earned by the student for various types of work. The maximum number of points that a student can receive for work in a semester does not exceed 60 points. The final assessment form is an exam. In order to gain access to the exam, it is mandatory to complete all practical, laboratory and independent work. The defense of works takes place at the end of the class of the corresponding type, according to the schedule. A student can get a maximum of 40 points on the exam.
