Know the legal and methodological basis for the assessment of land and real estate. Know the legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and evaluation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land, other real estate and restrictions on their use. Develop projects of land management, land management and cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation, compile maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technology, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry. Develop projects to regulate real estate markets and land resources. Conduct normative and expert monetary valuation of lands and integral property complexes, financial interests and other property rights.

Distance form

In order to better master the educational material of the discipline, students must have knowledge and skills in the field of use and protection of land resources, the concepts of land resources, land use, property, agricultural and environmental real estate and their features in the assessment.

The discipline "Land Resources" allows you to gain knowledge of the composition, structure, state of use of land resources and take into account their features in the formation and evaluation of land use as a basic basis of real estate. Discipline includes general concepts of land, land resources, land use, characteristics of the composition and structure of land resources of the world and Ukraine, distribution of land resources of Ukraine by use, the concept and essence of land resources as a basic basis for land formation (real estate), land tenure and land use in Ukraine as a commodity and capital in a market economy. An important component of this discipline is the study of the methodology of analysis of the state of land use and features of its assessment.

The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. During the semester there are 5 practical works (where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher) and 2 written modular tests.
