Course content
The article reveals
basic concepts and categories, analyzes methods of psychological and pedagogical
and pedagogical research, components of didactics and education (their principles, methods, techniques, types, means, etc,
directions of development, etc.), scientific principles of management of educational institutions. The following is carried out
formation of psychological and pedagogical thinking, analysis of pedagogical reality, orientation
on mastering psychological and pedagogical skills. Considerable attention is paid to
styles and methods of communication between teachers and students, the latest educational
technologies, independent work, and preparation of multimedia presentations.
An important place is given to directing students to apply the acquired knowledge in

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Students are assessed during all types of classes and on the basis of
the results of independent work. During seminars, the following are assessed: oral response,
presentation, and solving pedagogical problems. Control work is performed and evaluated
upon completion (topics 1-7) (part 1, part 2) and includes questions from the entire

points and 40 points for the exam.
A prerequisite for admission to the exam is a threshold score of 36 points (60% of the
