Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation;
understanding of the criteria for the effectiveness of pedagogical activity, the essence of the main regulators of activity and behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with an academic group and individual students.
Course content
The content reveals the main categories of higher education pedagogy, its principles, methods, technologies. Mastering knowledge of the organization of education and upbringing in higher education, forming an understanding of the content of pedagogical activity and pedagogical skill, criteria for its effectiveness, acquiring knowledge of the organization of education in higher education, forming competencies for the qualification of "teacher", developing pedagogical thinking and promoting professional self-determination. The principles of organizing influence on the personality in the process of its upbringing, education and training are revealed.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Activities: oral presentations, participation in discussions, presentation of independent tasks, analysis, performance of practical tasks, test tasks, solution of pedagogical tasks, modular test work Methods: lecture, seminar class, preparation of analytical materials, speeches, presentations, preparation of reports, solution of practical tasks, discussion of conflict situations, discussion of solutions to practical situations, test works.
Assessment methods and criteria
Survey, practical tasks, presentation, solution of pedagogical tasks. 10 fully owns the material, teaches it freely and with arguments, 9-8 – in sufficient volume, teaches it freely, may lack arguments, 7-6 – generally owns, but does not demonstrate depth of knowledge, does not rely on educational literature, materials, 1 – 5 – demonstrates the level of knowledge-acquaintances. Assessment and analysis of the results of educational and independent activities 5 deeply and comprehensively reveals the content, uses mandatory and additional literature, demonstrates independence, reliability of the research conducted; 4 demonstrates independence and reliability of the work carried out; minor inaccuracies are allowed; 3 demonstrates mediocre activity in completing tasks; contains significant inaccuracies; 2-1 points – does not fully own the material, lack of independence in completing tasks. MCR: 1 point for each correct answer. Exam: min. 24, max 40 points.
