Presence of educational baccalaureate, successful capture of disciplines of 1 semester of studies in a city council.

To extend for students base knowledge from methodology and organization of scientific researches, bases of intellectual property in industry of cartography with acquisition by them new компетентностей, including for implementation of final qualifying work of master's degree.

The program of educational discipline consists of such semantic modules: 1. General questions of methodology and organization of scientific researches. 2. Bases of intellectual property. 3. Organization of realization of scientific research is in industry of cartography and GIS.

Forms and organization of evaluation : current (semester) evaluation (seminars (minimum estimation 24, maximal 40; control works (6 - 10); independent work (5 - 10)); theories (minimum 12, at most 20 points); estimation for practical part (13 - 20). For students that collected less of points totally, than critically-calculation minimum is 35 points, for admitting to the form of final control it is necessary necessarily to hand over an individual complex task is additionally executed.
