LO 02. Know and understand the main types of geographical activity, their division in general and in particular in the field of geomorphology and nature tourism LO 10. To know the goals of sustainable development and opportunities for their achievement in the professional field of geomorphology and environmental tourism, including in Ukraine. LO 11. Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline "Selected sections of labor law and the basics of entrepreneurial activity" is based on the knowledge gained by students during the study of normative economic, social and humanitarian disciplines of the relevant fields of knowledge and is based on the knowledge obtained from high school in subjects such as Fundamentals of Law.
Course content
1. Basics of entrepreneurial activity. The economic nature of entrepreneurship, its content, functions, types and organizational and legal forms, social, ethical and cultural principles of conducting modern entrepreneurial activity are revealed, the peculiarities of the external entrepreneurial environment are revealed, the peculiarities of entrepreneurial planning and the importance of innovative entrepreneurship are explored. The peculiarities of the technology of creating one's own business, state regulation of entrepreneurship, the main directions of the formation of entrepreneurial capital and financial management and taxation of entrepreneurial activity are revealed, the necessity and importance of commercialization of scientific developments are considered. The existing problems and risks of solving the tasks of ensuring effective entrepreneurial activity are considered, the economic security of entrepreneurship is analyzed. 2. Selected sections of labor law. The constitutional principles of the realization of the right to work and its main forms are revealed. Students study legal norms that regulate the procedure for concluding, changing and terminating an employment contract as the main form of exercising the right to work. The legal principles of establishing and regulating basic working conditions are studied: working time and rest time; rationing and payment of labor; labor protection, labor discipline. The grounds and procedure for bringing an employee to legal responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of one's work duties (disciplinary liability, material liability) are disclosed. The legal basis for the protection of labor rights in Ukraine is studied.

Assessment methods and criteria
Surveys in test and written form, writing modular test papers, assessment. The recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points (recommended minimum), writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the credit. The final evaluation in the form of credit is conducted in written format. The maximum number of points on the test is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to semester points is 24.
