Learning outcomes
PR 4. To know and apply in professional activity regulatory and legal acts, regulatory and technical documents, reference materials in the field of geodesy and land management and related fields PR 12. Develop land management documentation, cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation using computer technologies, geo-information systems and digital photogrammetry, fill with data state land, urban planning and other cadastres PR 14. Plan complex professional activities, develop and implement projects in the field of geodesy and land management under conditions of resource and other limitations PR 17. To have the methods of organizing topographic-geodetic and land management production from field measurements to management and implementation of topographic and land management products based on the use of knowledge of the basics of legislation and production management.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the characteristics of lands, such as the types and types of soils, their composition, properties and zonal distribution, to have an idea of natural-agricultural and landscape zoning thanks to mastering such disciplines as Geology and soil science and Geography of Ukraine and passing the Comprehensive educational practice of the professional direction. 2. To know the peculiarities of the influence of plants on the fertility of soils and agricultural crops - on the productivity of lands. 3. To have the basic skills of drawing up topographic plans thanks to mastering such disciplines as Cartography and Topography with the basics of geodesy.
Course content
The discipline "Landscape and land management planning" occupies one of the leading places in the training of specialists from specialty 193 "Geodesy and land management". It studies socio-economic, ecological and technical measures aimed at ensuring effective and rational use of land of various categories and forms of ownership. Considers recommendations for the development and substantiation of project solutions for the creation and improvement of the organization of the territory of administrative-territorial entities, land ownership and land use, as well as the territorial organization of agricultural and other industries.

Assessment methods and criteria
- the final grade from the educational component, the final form of control of which is the exam, is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed study results 60 points and the exam 40 points. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final score. - it is mandatory to get a positive final grade (60 points and above) to complete all practical work and modular control work.
