To know the structures and systems of digital democracy, e-government basic concepts of e-government system formation and principles of e-government in the EU and national features of realization of the concept of e-government formation To be able to prepare analytical documents on e-government issues, organize the functioning of websites of self-government bodies, state and municipal authorities, form optimal models of government interaction with citizens and businesses to form strategies for the implementation of e-government, to organize systems of public control in the information society, to make forecasts for the development of e-government systems for their further implementation. To gain basic communication skills ability to participate in interdisciplinary projects of complex research of complex e-government systems Autonomy and responsibility find the necessary information from various sources, make informed decisions.

To Know the basics of political science, methods and approaches to the organization of state and public administration, the place of international political research in the field of modernization of the state apparatus in the structure of social sciences and their relationship with interdisciplinary research, To be able to identify problems of public administration and digital document management and have the skills to structure information flows. Possess basic skills of information literacy and critical thinking, basic principles and methods of functioning of the state apparatus.
