PLO 6. Know modern communication technologies and analyze the features of their use by state and non-state actors in international relations PLO 7. Know and understand the technologies of image formation and reputation of actors in international relations PLO 19. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of public relations (PR), public diplomacy, information operations by subjects of international relations PLO 20. Develop communication strategies for various actors in international relations, including in the context of creating a positive image and reputation
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: basics of public relations, basics of communication theory, corporate communications, imageology Be able to: determine the object and purpose of communication, choose channels and tools for communicating information and ways to get feedback Have basic skills: working with a computer, preparing presentations, literacy, formulation and logical presentation of one's own opinion
Course content
Module 1. Fundamentals of corporate social responsibility. Topic 1. Basic principles of corporate social responsibility. CSR and sustainable development of the organization. Topic 2. Directions and tools of CSR communications. Module 2. Communicative support of CSR. Topic 3. Specific types of CSR communications. Topic 4. Communicative support of CSR policy of the organization

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of student work in seminars, the quality of preparation of written independent, tests, case studies, presentations and individual presentations.
