PLO 6. Know modern communication technologies and analyze the features of their use by state and non-state actors in international relations
PLO 10. Identify, assess and forecast political, diplomatic, security, social and other risks in the field of international relations and global development
PLO 20. Develop communication strategies for various actors in international relations, including in the context of creating a positive image and reputation
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: basics of public relations, basics of communication theory, political problems of international systems and global development, imageology
Be able to: determine the object and purpose of communication, choose channels and tools for communicating information and ways to get feedback
Have basic skills: working with a computer, preparing presentations, literacy, formulation and logical presentation of their own opinions
Course content
Module 1. Social information campaigns of the "human" level. Topic 1. Identity and specifics of information campaigns in the social sphere. Information campaigns and sustainable development goals. Topic 2. Social information campaigns to support the implementation of 3-4-5 goals of sustainable development.
Module 2. Social information campaigns at the "society" level. Topic 3. Social information campaigns to support the implementation of 13-14-15 goals of sustainable development. Topic 4. Communicative support of organizations during the pandemic

Lectures, presentations, seminars, workshops, case studies.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of student work in seminars, the quality of preparation of written independent, tests, case studies, presentations and individual presentations.
Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: activity and quality of speeches, reports at seminars, participation in discussions, quality of prepared presentations, activity during the discussion of case studies and subject discussions (for the 1st and 2nd module) - up to 30 points (lower level of positive assessment - 20 points ). Work at seminars is carried out using the capabilities of the distance learning system Teams, final module test work from the 1st module
