Learning outcomes
Ability to learn and master modern knowledge in the field of current problems of modern international development of economic relations, the ability to analyze the main modern theoretical problems of the world economy and international economic relations, to analyze current trends in the development of basic forms of IER, the ability to make decisions on foreign economic interests of Ukraine in world markets of services and factors of production. Master the content of modern scientific views and mechanisms for the development of integration and disintegration processes, the problems of economic sanctions in IER, ways to resolve trade disputes and forecast the effects of digitalization on the system of modern IER.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the basics of international micro- and macroeconomics, the history of international economic relations.
To be able to analyze the causes and consequences of trends in the world economy. To have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical data sources. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to get acquainted with the regulations of integration entities.
Course content
Development of international economic integration at the present stage of development. International Economic disintegration in the modern world economy. Modern trade wars. Economic sanctions in the modern world economy. Ukraine in European integration and disintegration processes. Digitalization of modern international economic relations.
