Ability to work independently and in a team, be able to take initiative and responsibility, motivate and manage the work of others to achieve goals. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level. Ability to make decisions in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration and to carry out foreign economic activity in the conditions of transformation of the international regulatory environment. Ability to analyze and evaluate geoeconomic strategies of countries from the standpoint of national economic interests.

The student must: Know the theoretical aspects and basics of regulation in various forms of international economic relations. Be able to analyze the causes and consequences of trends in international economic relations. Have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical data sources. Know English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to familiarize yourself with regulations.

Content module 1 Economic mechanisms of trade integration of Ukraine and the EU. Economic mechanisms of the Association Agreements of the European Union. Preconditions and stages of Ukraine's integration with the EU. Regulation of trade relations in the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. Regulation of trade-related relations in the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. Content module 2 Convergence of separate sectoral economic policies of Ukraine and the EU. Cooperation in the energy and mining industries. Convergence of the agricultural and transport sectors. Cooperation in the field of regulation of services markets

Modular test (test), speeches at seminars, tasks. The test is given to the student based on the results of work during the semester. The student is credited upon receipt of the resulting final number of points from 60 and above.
