Learning outcomes
The discipline is aimed at highlighting the main elements of contracts in international commerce and providing practical skills for their implementation, which will contribute to the formation of such general professional competencies as the ability to determine functional features, nature, level and degree of relationships between actors of international economic relations, ability to substantiate the expediency of using legal, economic and diplomatic methods (means) of resolving conflict situations at the international level, the ability to use regulatory documents and reference materials in carrying out professional activities in the field of international economic relations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student must have general knowledge of the patterns of behavior of economic entities in market conditions, have a universal tool for making informed decisions about the choice in the presence of limited resources and alternative uses, be able to identify and justify the goals and priorities of economic activities and analyze opportunities their sales and international markets.
Course content
Module 1. General features of preparation and conclusion of the FEA contract (4 topics). Module 2. Essential conditions of international commercial agreements and the procedure for their regulation (5 topics).

Assessment methods and criteria
Presentation of cases, mid-semester tests, interposition during the seminar, tasks. Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: 1. During the answer to the seminar (participation in the discussion); 2. In the form of writing individual analytical works during independent study of topics; 3. In the form of essay writing; 4. In the form of discussion of trends in the development of forms of international economic relations; 5. In the form of a presentation of a study of a specific form of international economic relations.
