To assess events and processes related to international relations and foreign policy taking into account the peculiarities of contemporary diplomatic service and norms of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, to be able to apply this specific knowledge in foreign policy practice and for organizing and holding of international negotiations.

- To have the knowledge of the theory of international relations, the practice of key actors of international relations. - To be able to analyze the dynamics of interstate diplomatic interaction, current trends in world politics. - To possess basic skills of analytical work, preparation and evaluation of diplomatic documents, and of scientific research.
