Learning outcomes
1. Be able to determine the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of foreign policy strategies, the content of modern views on the nature of foreign policy strategies and strategic planning. 2. To evaluate the events and processes of international relations and foreign policy, taking into account the features of the modern diplomatic service and the norms of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, to be able to apply this specific knowledge in foreign policy practice and for the organization and conduct of international negotiations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastering of the disciplines "Introduction to the specialty "International Relations", "History of International Relations", "Local Studies", "International Relations and World Politics". 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of political science, historical prerequisites for the formation of modern international political processes.
Course content
Topic 1. Global environmental problems in international relations, environmental safety. Topic 2. Environmental safety in international relations. Topic 3. Global energy policy. Topic 4. The concept of sustainable development and the international climate negotiation process. Topic 5. International environmental and energy cooperation. Topic 6. Environmental and energy policy of the USA. Topic 7. Environmental and energy policy of the EU. Topic 8. Environmental and energy policy of China. Topic 9. Environmental and energy policy of the Russian Federation, Brazil. Topic 10. Environmental and energy policy of Ukraine. Topic 11. The impact of greening trends on international economic interaction.

1) modular control – up to 60 points (30+30) for two modules 2) examination control – up to 40 points for written examination work
