Learning outcomes
To be able to determine the features of the developement and implementation of foreign policy strategies, the content of modern views on the nature of foreign policy strategies and strategic planning. To evaluate events and processes of international relations and foreign policy taking into account the peculiarities of modern diplomatic service and norms of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, be able to apply this specific knowledge in foreign policy practice and for organizing and conducting international negotiations.

- to know the theory of international relations, the practice of its key actors. - to be able to analyze the dynamics of interstate diplomatic cooperation, current trends in world politics. - to possess basic skills of analytical work, preparation and evaluation of documents, conducting research.
Course content
Module 1 Conceptual and theoretical principles and practical role of lobbying in modern international relations and global governance Topic 1. Conceptual framework of lobbying in modern international relations Topic 2. Lobbying in UN global governance. Module 2 Lobbying structures in modern integration processes and foreign policy of the state Topic 3. Lobbying structures and interest groups in modern European integration processes. Topic 4. The influence of lobbying organizations on the formation of foreign policy of the world's leading powers.
