1. To evaluate the events and processes of international relations and foreign policy, taking into account the features of the modern diplomatic service and the norms of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, to be able to apply this specific knowledge in foreign policy practice and for the organization and conduct of international negotiations.

External form

1. To have knowledge of the theory and practice of diplomacy and the diplomatic service. 2. To be able to analyze documents, in particular of a contractual and foreign policy nature; to work with literature of an educational and scientific nature. 3. To possess the skills of political analysis.

TOPIC 1. HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE AND DIPLOMATIC SERVICE. TOPIC 2. CONCEPTS OF STATE AND DIPLOMATIC SERVICE. TOPIC 3. LEGAL BASIS OF THE STATE AND DIPLOMATIC SERVICE IN UKRAINE. TOPIC 4. ETHICS AND RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SPHERE OF THE STATE AND DIPLOMATIC SERVICE. TOPIC 5. PERSONAL FACTORS IN THE STATE AND DIPLOMATIC SERVICE. TOPIC 6. GENDER ASPECTS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE. TOPIC 7. INTERNATIONAL CIVIL SERVICE.
