To know the nature of international communications, various formats of international cooperation, the problems of development of states and international regions in global, regional and local contexts. To prepare analytical statements and reports on the state of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies, as well as other diplomatic documents. To carry out activities in diplomatic and other areas related to international cooperation. To communicate free in the official language of Ukraine and foreign languages orally and in writing, on professional and scientific issues. To participate in professional discussions in the field of international relations, foreign policy and diplomacy, public communications and regional studies, respect opponents and their views, convey to professionals and the general public information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience on professional issues.

1. Тo know the theory and practice of diplomacy, diplomatic service and the law of foreign payments, state administration. 2. To be able to analyze documents, laws of a contractual and political nature; to work with literature of the initial and scientific character. 3. To have the skills of political analysis.

Module 1. The concept of diplomatic protocol, ceremony and etiquette. Formation of the international legal framework of diplomatic protocol. Etiquette of state symbols. State service and protocol seniority. Diplomatic receptions Protocol and ceremonial features of visits at the highest levels. Protocol aspects of receiving a foreign delegation and conducting negotiations. Module 2. Norms and traditions of diplomatic protocol in the activities of diplomatic representatives Diplomatic visits and talks. Adherence to the norms of diplomatic and business etiquette as a component of the image of a diplomat, civil servant, politician, businessman. National features of etiquette. Minutes of international organizations and conferences Protocol requirements for diplomatic correspondence documents International experience in organizing protocol services. Module 3. Diplomatic ethics. Administrative ethics and ethics of civil servants. Ethics of international relations
