Learning outcomes
To know the theoretical and methodological foundations of crisis management of the company; methods of collecting and analyzing the information needed to identify risks and early diagnosis of various manifestations of the crisis at the company level; principles and functions of crisis management at micro and macro levels; tasks of anti-crisis policy in the management system of the company and in the system of public administration; basic methods used in operational anti-crisis policy at the level of the company and public administration; types of anti-crisis macro-policy and coordination mechanism of international institutions and regulators that significantly affect the results of anti-crisis measures at the corporate and state levels
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of strategic and financial analysis as well as risk management; ability to study, evaluate, analyze and summarize the main financial indicators of the enterprise, reflecting the effectiveness of the organization; mastery of analytical research and analysis skills.

Thematic plan of the discipline: 1. The nature and essence of crisis phenomena in the economy 2. Theoretical foundations of crisis management 3. Anti-crisis state regulation 4. Risk management of the enterprise 5. Crisis management strategies 6. Bankruptcy proceedings 7. Anti-crisis management of financial and investment condition of the enterprise 8. Anti-crisis management of the production and sales cycle

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is a test. The test is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the test – up to 20 points.
