Learning outcomes
To know the essence and peculiarities of the activity of mutual investment institutions, the peculiarities of the activity of asset management companies and control over the activity of these companies; features of the functioning of financial institutions of the stock market, the use of international investment strategies, the formation of the investment portfolio; types of technological systems, features of the model of innovation and stages of the cycle "science - technology - production", the life cycle of innovation, features of innovation management in the EU, USA and Japan; essence and content of innovation management, engineering, reengineering of innovations, innovation project. Be able to systematize, summarize and analyze the features of innovation and investment management; use the experience of foreign innovation and investment companies and implement it in the national system of market relations; to conduct marketing research of the investment project

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The discipline "Innovation and Investment Management in International Business" is based on the study of such disciplines as: "International Business", "Intellectual Property in International Business", "Management of International Projects", "Risk Management in International Business".
