Learning outcomes
Need to know the essence of consulting business management the main stages of the consulting business management process basics of management of consulting business at the enterprise tasks of consultants in consulting business management methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed and implemented in the activities of enterprises recommendations. Be able to analyze the current economic situation and identify system-forming factors that affect it; identify "weaknesses" and threats in business activities and investigate them, providing recommendations for overcoming them use the main approaches to contracting and project management in the field of business consulting use in their further training and future professional activities to use the basic approaches to contracting and project management in the field of business consulting; to find the optimal solutions to the formulated problems in the established terms on the basis of results of consultation

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The normative academic discipline is closely connected and interacts with such disciplines as "International Business", "Diplomatic Support of International Business", "International Tax Management", "Sectoral Aspects of International Business", "International Career Management" and others.
Course content
The course provides 2 content modules. The first is devoted to the theoretical aspects of consulting and consulting technologies in international relations. The second content module covers practical aspects and possibilities of application of management consulting technologies in international relations.

Assessment methods and criteria
The form of final control is a credit. The credit assessment consists of the following aspects: work in practical classes - up to 40 points; essays - up to 10 points; modular tests - up to 20 points. The maximum number of points that a student can score is 100 points
