Understand the international legal situation, use various sources of direct and indirect information, in particular with the help of the latest information and communication technologies, to clarify the circumstances and facts, provide international legal assessment of events in the field of international relations

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basics of International Public Law (basics of theory), International Public Law (major branches and institutes), the Law of International Treaties; Be able to analyze and establish the content of the rights and obligations of subjects of international law in accordance with the provisions of international treaties; Have basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, elaboration of a large array of legal material with their own conclusions and suggestions

Thematic plan of the discipline: Topic 1. The concept, history, sources, principles and institutional mechanism of international environmental law Topic 2. International legal regulation of environmentally hazardous activities and protection of natural objects Topic 3. Regional and national level of environmental regulation

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers at the seminar (up to 21 points), independent work or consideration of moot cases (up to 21 points), final module control work (up to 18 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
