Learning outcomes
To understand the history, sources, principles, subjects of international natural resource law, as well as features of international responsibility and implementation of international law in the field of natural resources;
Know the international legal aspects of natural resource regulation and international legal aspects of its protection;
To know the regional mechanisms of legal regulation of cooperation of states in the field of international natural resource law, in particular the European, African and Asian continents, as well as the peculiarities of the implementation of international legal norms in the field of natural resources at the national level;
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
-Know the basics of international law, international economic law, international environmental law.
-Be able to use legal concepts and categories used in international law, logically and professionally justify and express their point on issues of international law.
-Has basic skills in international environmental law..

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
