Learning outcomes
PLO 3. Understand the international legal situation, use various sources of direct and indirect information, in particular with the help of the latest information and communication technologies, clarify the circumstances and facts, provide international legal assessment of events in the sphere of international relations. PLO 4. Demonstrate skills of communicating with representatives of professional groups in the field of international relations, as well as representatives of various legal activities at national and international levels. PLO 6. Represent Ukraine's interests in foreign countries, international organizations, at international conferences; analyze political, social, economic and other risks related to international law events; analyze information on the state of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and prepare analytical reports and reports with reference to the rules of international and national law.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the basics of International Public Law (Fundamental Theory), International Public Law (Main Branches and Institutes). 2. Ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of international law subjects in accordance with the provisions of certain international treaties, to apply the rules and principles of international law, as well as decisions of relevant international courts for solving specific problems, in particular, to improve the current legislation of Ukraine. 3. Basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, reviewing considerable amounts of legal material, while being able to provide personal conclusions and proposals.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Forms of evaluation of the work of the students. Semester evaluation: Seminars. Maximum number of points for one seminar – 6 points. Maximum total number of points for the seminars is 40 points. Maximum number of points for the module test is 20 points. Final evaluation: In the form of an exam. Maximum total number of points for the exam – 40 points. Conditions for the admission to the exam: To score in the course of the semester not less than 24 points. Organization of the evaluation: seminars, module tests, exam.
