Learning outcomes
PLO 12. Identify economic aspects of legal problems and tasks. PLO 20. Provide legal opinions and consultations, legal support for the main types of international cooperation and foreign trade operations, formulate a legal position in the interests of the client. PLO 21. Under the guidance of more qualified or experienced professionals, prepare cases for trial in Ukrainian, international and foreign courts and arbitrations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the basics of International Public Law (Fundamental Theory). 2. Ability to analyze and determine the content of rights and obligations of international legal subjects in accordance with the provisions of specific international treaties. 3. Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, processing a considerable amount of legal material while providing one’s own conclusions and proposals. 4. Proficiency in English

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Semester evaluation: Seminars. Maximum number of points for one seminar – 6 points. Maximum total number of points for the seminars – 40 points. Maximum number of points for the module test – 10 points. Final evaluation is in the form of an exam. Maximum total number of points for the exam – 40 points. Organization of the evaluation: seminars, module tests, exam.
