Learning outcomes
Provide legal opinions and consultations, legal support for the main types of international cooperation and foreign trade operations, formulate a legal position in the interests of the client; under the guidance of more qualified or experienced professionals, prepare cases for trial in Ukrainian, international and foreign courts and arbitrations

Knowledge of the basics of International Public Law, Ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of international law subjects in accordance with the provisions of certain international treaties, Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, working out of a considerable amount of legal material while providing one’s own conclusions and proposals, Proficiency in English

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: oral answers at the seminar and individual work (up to 40 points), module control works (up to 60 points). The form of final control is a credit.
