Know the history of development of specific spheres of international law, peculiarities of sources in specific spheres of international legal relations Know the peculiarities of principles of international law in specific branches of international law Know the basic treaties and international organizations regulating specific spheres of international relations Be able to find out the basic tendencies and patterns of development of international legal regulation of international relations in specific branches of international law Be able to apply the prognostic function to the prospects of international law Be able to analyze texts of treaties, acts of European Union, acts of national legislation of Ukraine and decisions of international judicial institutions concerning specific issues of international law

Knowledge of the basics of Theory of State and Law, History of International Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, International Public Law (basics of theory). Ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of international law subjects, apply the rules and principles of law, study out the content of legal documents. Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, working out of a considerable amount of legal material while providing one’s own conclusions and proposals. Proficiency in English.

Lectures, seminars

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control at first term: answers (up to 30 points), written assignment (up to 50 points), final modular test (up to 20 points). The form of final control is credits. Current control at decond term: answers (up to 24 points), written assignment (up to 26 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer on exam is up to 40 points.
