Acquisition by students of the necessary methodological knowledge and practical skills in the field of regulation of the EU Internal Market, which allows the application of acquired knowledge in relations with foreign elements.

Full-time form

This course is an essential discipline for students of the 3rd year of studies. Mandatory requirements are proficiency in English and basic knowledge of the EU law, as well as Public and Private International law.

Thematic plan of the discipline: 1.The European integration process and formation of the EU Internal Market 2.The distribution of power between the institutions of the EU and basic freedoms of the Internal Market 3.Custom duties and CEE, Discriminatory taxation 4.Competing product, Cases of the ECJ 5.Prohibiting of quantitative restrictions and measures having equivalent effect 6.“Rule of reason” and “Mandatory requirements” 7. Free movement of goods within the Internal Market 8.The free movement of persons / workers within the EU Internal Market 9.Freedom of establishment and economic activity within the Internal Market 10. Free Movement of Services in the EU 11.Free Movement of Capital within the Internal Market

Lecture, seminar, performing tasks of independent work

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 56 points), additions (up to 5 points), independent work (up to 10 points), final modular test (up to 34 points). The form of final control is credit.

English
