- To know basic concepts and terms of international business, features of corporations and corporate governance; conceptual principles of information warfare and information operations; methods of promoting the values of the consumer society; - To be able to use applied methods of analyzing the information security of the company and its competitors; identify information threats and effectively counter them; - To have the skills to search and analyze information on various issues of international relations, use the skills of working with open sources and databases
Course content
1. The phenomenon of corporate wars in modern competition of companies. Classification of corporate wars. 2. Marketing warfare. The principle of force in the marketing confrontation of companies. Strategies of marketing wars. "Strategic Square". 3. Advertising wars of corporations and advertising trolling. Comparative advertising in corporate wars 4. Reputation and image of the company as an object of attack in modern corporate wars. Stability of corporate reputation and reputational risks. Online reputation. 5. Modern methods of competition of corporations. The impact of information development on the resilience of corporations in corporate wars. Information potential of the enterprise and its role in the competition of corporations. Information risks and threats to corporations 6. Competitive intelligence and espionage
